PAT HO
Managing Director | Trainer
MORE ABOUT PAT
Elevate+ was created off the back of Pat’s love for a challenge and his desire to be pushed. Having always participated in competitive sports as a youngster he decided to create a competitive environment that would allow people to not only learn but discover their full potential. A place that would encourage every individual to leave their excuses at the door and bring out the best in themselves.
I’ve always hated training by myself. Not because of the lack of self-discipline but because I found I would always find a little bit extra when training in a group setting. I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to unlock this potential and discover just how much their body is actually capable of. There is no better feeling in the world than watching a client achieve and break down barriers.

LIA TO’OMATA
Trainer
MORE ABOUT LIA
New to the team, but an OG member from way back. She can be a bit fresh and claims that English is her second language so don’t hold it against her when she jumps on the mic!
Lia’s played competitive sports and always loved a team atmosphere when training. She prefers watching a rugby game over a romantic movie and is up for some good banter with the crew. An old fashion girl, a bit rough around the edges but has the passion to help people be their best.

MORE ABOUT EDWINA
Excited to be joining the team at Elevate!
Training and exercise weren’t always a big part of my life, but everything changed in my 20s when I started to experience the impact that staying active had on my physical and mental wellbeing. I was hooked.
That shift is what inspired me to become a personal trainer in 2017—I wanted others to experience the same benefits and sense of accomplishment that fitness brought me.
I especially enjoy coaching group classes and seeing people challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones. And yes, I take pride in putting together a killer workout playlist.
OLIVIA ST JUST
Trainer
MORE ABOUT OLIVIA
Sport and fitness has always played a huge role in my life. Coming from a background of competitive gymnastics, I love to push my limits and see what I am capable of achieving. This mindset has helped open up some cool opportunities in the CrossFit and functional fitness space, where I have had the privilege competing against some of the best in the region both here and over in Australia.
The gym is my happy place – when I’m not coaching you’ll more than likely still find me there either getting in my own training, hanging around for a good yap, or cuddling the regular gym pups!
My goal as both an athlete and trainer is to show people that anything is achievable if you set your mind to it. You don’t need to be the most talented or train the most hours to see progress in the gym, you just need to consistently show up. Progress looks different for everyone – my passion is helping people find what motivates them to show up, whether that’s to learn a new skill, compete for the first time, or be able to run around after the kids.
RENEE WADSWORTH
Trainer
MORE ABOUT RENEE
I grew up as a competitive gymnast and football player, which sparked my lifelong love of sport and movement. I studied Sports Science, majoring in Exercise Prescription at Otago University, and have competed in both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting since, with a brief pause to have my daughter.
Now a full-time mum returning to competition and coaching postpartum, I’m passionate about making strength and conditioning fun, fulfilling, and sustainable. I understand that exercise looks different in every season of life, and that goals naturally shift along the way. My role is to learn what matters to you and support you in achieving those goals in a way that feels empowering and achievable.
